Building Individual Connections
One-on-one support and friendship

We encourage "side conversations" - reaching out directly to people you connect with in meetings. Exchange contact information and build real friendships. No one's going to be offended.

How to Start

  • • Send a simple message after a meeting
  • • Reference something they shared that resonated
  • • Keep it low-pressure and friendly
  • • Be genuine about wanting to connect

Example Messages

  • "Hey, I appreciated what you shared about..."
  • "I've been thinking about what you said regarding..."
  • "Would love to stay connected outside of meetings"
  • "Hope your week goes well with [specific thing]"
